Goals and Tactics

Fitness Goal:
  • Compete in the CrossFit Masters in May
  • Do myself proud at the competition
  • Set interim goals (master double unders; full pullups; run 1 mile; lifting goals)

Tactics:

  • Start Beast Training with CFVallejo on Monday 2/8
  • Daily: 10 Pullups; 30 burpees; run 400m - starts on Sunday 1/31
  • Paleo diet - one cheat day per every two weeks
  • Post daily - activity and food
