Sunday 1-31

Fitness:
Pullups - did 10 jumping
Burpees - 30 in 3:25 ... did 14 straight, working up to 20 straight without stopping
Ran on treadmill for 5 minutes... for running will do a combo of treadmill and regular running. will set the treadmill to incline.

btw - weighed in with Crystal yesterday - 153 :-)
Also - Crossfitted 5 days last week Tues-Sat.

Food:
Breakfast - warning...this is my cheat meal for the week:
Asparagus frittata - with hotlink (incl about 1 tbls of parmesan cheese); cantaloupe and mango; one biscuit with a touch of cherry jam (from Italy); avocado; oj
coffee with creamer - 2
Lunch/snack - apple with almond butter
2 cups of green ginger tea
nuts
Dinner - roast turkey, asparagus, brussels sprouts, sparkling mineral water

Goals and Tactics

Fitness Goal:
  • Compete in the CrossFit Masters in May
  • Do myself proud at the competition
  • Set interim goals (master double unders; full pullups; run 1 mile; lifting goals)

Tactics:

  • Start Beast Training with CFVallejo on Monday 2/8
  • Daily: 10 Pullups; 30 burpees; run 400m - starts on Sunday 1/31
  • Paleo diet - one cheat day per every two weeks
  • Post daily - activity and food
